As your complete exercise destination, the Athletic Club offers fitness options for people of all ages and abilities, helping you achieve your personal athletic goals in a private, stress-free environment.
Weight Training and Cardio
Our exercise facilities include free weights, lifting machines, elliptical, stationary bikes and treadmills, supporting a complete workout experience. The strength training and cardio equipment are open throughout Athletic Club hours, available on a first come, first serve basis.
Three multi-purpose rooms support recreational sports like racquetball and basketball, as well as popular fitness classes including Strength and Stretch, Yoga.
All group athletic classes are free to members and are offered several times per week to best fit your schedule.
